World's best chef comes to Mumbai

Culinary Culture, in association with Masters of Marriott, presented chef Mauro Colagreco to Mumbai. Chef Colagreco heads the world’s best restaurant, Mirazur. Mirazur, located in Menton, France, was voted as the ‘World’s Best Restaurant 2019’ by The World’s 50 Best. It has earned three Michelin stars — the culinary world’s highest honour. 

In Mumbai, chef Mauro Colagreco recreated the menus at his award-winning restaurant, Mirazur, with two special dinners at St. Regis.  The menu comprised a nine-course gastronomic experience featuring his signature dishes. The dinner was an interactive session, allowing guests plenty of opportunity to engage with the talented chef.

Colagreco takes inspiration from the land around him. Mirazur overlooks the French Riviera and the chef grows vegetables in the gardens of his restaurant. He also works with local producers, all of which has made Mirazur such a success.
