Culinary Culture is committed to taking Indian food to the highest level all over the world. It arranges pop ups and residencies by Indian chefs in the world’s great cities.

It also brings the world’s best chefs to cook in India. In 2020, it brought Mauro Colagreco, whose three Michelin star restaurant Mirazur was rated as the best restaurant in the world, to Mumbai. It has also brought three Michelin star Spanish chef Dani Garcia to cook in Delhi.

In 2022, it will bring Massimo Bottura, one of the world’s greatest chefs to cook in Mumbai.

Each chef interacts with local chefs, shares his experiences at events organised by Culinary Culture and contributes to a global exchange of culinary ideas and knowledge.
