ABOUT
Sandeep Pande is the chef’s chef. Not for him the glamorous world of the celebrity chef. Instead he works out of the spotlight mastering cuisines and creating restaurants that are spectacular successes. Having worked in Sri Lanka and later as Executive Chef at JW Marriott New Delhi, he moved to Goa recently to helm the St Regis as Culinary Director. Within the chef community he is regarded as an encyclopedia because he has so much knowledge and has imparted it so generously to young chefs throughout his career.
