Sachiko Seth has had the difficult job of living up to her celebrated mother Doma Wang’s legacy which led to the creation of her iconic momos and such famous dishes as the Chilli Fried Pork at The Blue Poppy in Kolkata. But Sachiko has actually surpassed her mother by expanding the menu to truly reflect Himalayan cuisine, commanding a dedicated following in the city.
