ABOUT
Prateek Sadhu worked as a chef for the Taj and Leela hotel chains before striking out on his own at Masque in Mumbai. The restaurant was an instant hit with foreigners: food writers and chefs. It took much longer to gain a local following which only happened when Sadhu found his own voice, riffing on the memories of his childhood in Kashmir and embracing the stronger flavours of India.
Today, Sadhu is one of India’s top chefs, creating new dishes and being adventurous with flavours.
