ABOUT
Niyati Rao worked for the Taj Mahal hotel in Mumbai before breaking out on her own to travel and intern at restaurants all over the world. When she came back to Mumbai she opened the ambitious Ekaa serving a personalized menu of dishes that sprang from her imagination but incorporated the learnings she had picked up on her experiences around the world.
