ABOUT
Manuel Olveira is a highly-trained Spanish chef who started cooking at the age of fourteen. He has worked at many popular restaurants in Europe including with Sergi Arola at his two Michelin starred restaurant in Spain. Arola sent Olveira to open his restaurant in Mumbai almost a decade ago. When that failed, Olveira decided to stay on in India and opened his own restaurant La Loca Maria in Mumbai, serving authentic Spanish food including tapas and his signature Paellas.
