ABOUT
Joel Basumatari has worked at the Oberoi in Mumbai and at hotels in London but, his heart has always been in his native Nagaland. Long before north eastern food became trendy, Joel had launched his mission to create modern Naga cuisine, taking traditional dishes and flavours and tweaking them with his modern chef skills.
He runs a modern Naga restaurant in Dimapur and has shown the world the range and strength of Naga food.
