ABOUT
Hussain Shahzad worked at New York’s Eleven Madison Park before returning to India and joining the team at The Bombay Canteen. When the same owners opened the Goa-inspired O Pedro, they appointed Hussain as the chef. It went on to become a spectacular success and Hussain has since become chef for the whole group. His latest triumph is Veronica’s, a Mumbai restaurant that has reinvented sandwiches for a new demographic.
