ABOUT
Amninder Sandhu is a well-journeyed chef who has spent the last two decades working at a variety of restaurants all over India though she may be best known for her time at the Taj Land’s End where she cooked excellent North Indian food and at the briefly fashionable Arth in Mumbai where she ran a gas-free kitchen.She is passionate about open-fire cooking techniques and started a delivery venture in Mumbai and a restaurant in Pune during the pandemic. She currently cooks at the successful Bawri in Goa, the first stop for every North-Indian visitor.
