Vinesh Johny is one of India’s most respected pastry chefs, admired not only for his culinary expertise but also for his significant influence as a mentor and educator in the world of pastry and baking. After working with the Oberoi Group, Johny ventured out on his own to establish Lavonne Pastry Academy in Bengaluru, which has since become a leading institution for aspiring pastry chefs. In addition to authoring popular cookbooks, he has trained a new generation of chefs who continue to carry forward his innovative recipes and techniques.
