Her extensive knowledge of Sangam literature offers her a unique perspective on the region’s rich culinary traditions. After years of organizing food festivals and pop-ups, she launched her own restaurant, Yercaud Kitchen in Chennai, where she showcases authentic Tamil flavors. Her dedication to preserving and elevating traditional recipes has earned her widespread respect and recognition.
