Seefah Ketchaiyo, a Thai-born chef, has made a significant mark on Mumbai’s vibrant culinary scene with her authentic yet contemporary take on Thai cuisine. After honing her skills at the Four Seasons in Mumbai, she ventured out on her own and, alongside her partner Karan, launched her eponymous restaurant, Seefah. The restaurant has since garnered critical acclaim and earned her a loyal following, cementing her status as one of the city’s most popular chefs.
