Manuel Olveira trained at Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain before bringing his culinary expertise to India. After a brief stint with Sergi Arola in Mumbai, Olveira stayed on to open his own restaurant, La Loca Maria, where he introduced diners to authentic Spanish cuisine, including his signature paellas. His second venture, La Panthera, continues to uphold his exceptional standards, featuring an expanded menu of European staples that further showcase his culinary mastery.
