Best known for her time with the Taj Group and for pioneering gas-free kitchens, Sandhu now leads the successful Bawri in both Goa and Mumbai. Her latest venture, Tipai, set in the heart of a forest on the outskirts of Nagpur, is equally ambitious, featuring an all-women team and showcasing her commitment to sustainability and innovation.
