Julia Carmen Desa began her culinary journey at the Taj in Goa, initially focusing on Italian cuisine before shifting her expertise to Goan food, where she quickly rose to become one of India’s top Goan chefs. As a culinary ambassador, she traveled with the Prime Minister, representing India’s rich culinary heritage. Returning to her European roots, Desa went on to open Zest and later launched her own ventures, Tres and Dos, where she continues to serve refined European dishes, blending tradition with innovation.
