ABOUT
Lakhan Jethani, often referred to as the “Samurai Cook” is a key figure in the new wave of young Indian chefs pushing the boundaries of global cuisine. After spending several months in Japan honing his skills, Jethani returned to Mumbai to open Mizu, an Izakaya-style restaurant known for serving authentic Japanese cuisine with uncompromising quality and precision.
