Anahita Dhondy made her reputation at Delhi NCR’s SodaBottleOpenerWala restaurants which had a Parsi theme and served dishes from all over Mumbai, using the city’s Irani restaurants as its model. Since leaving that position she has carved out a place in the culinary world for herself, running a delivery service, working with the Bombay Club restaurant in Delhi, writing a well-reviewed cookbook and appearing on TV shows. She has recently launched Mia’s in New Delhi which serves a menu of signature small bites.
