ABOUT
Vanshika Bhatia started out as a pastry chef but went on to work in various capacities at restaurants around the world including Gaggan in Bangkok, Junoon in Dubai and Noma in Copenhagen. Her range now extends far beyond pastry and she is part of a new generation of chefs who run waste-free kitchens and use classical techniques to create new dishes with local ingredients. Her menu at the vegetarian Omo Café in Gurgaon has been described as ingredient focused and she displays a passion for the art of cooking vegetables and plant-based cuisine.
